摘　　要：通过测试尾矿细砂的基本性能,提出了尾矿细砂制备特种干混砂浆的关键点在于尾矿细砂的级配组合。介绍了用尾矿细砂生产特种砂浆的生产线。探讨了尾矿细砂制备特种干混砂浆生产线中原材料储存系统、烘干系统、筛分系统、配料/称量系统、混合系统和散装/包装系统的关键技术。提出了尾矿细砂制备干混砂浆生产线需要对烘干系统和筛分系统进行专门设计。The basic properties of fine tailings are tested. The production line of special mortar prepared iron tailings is introduced.The gradation combination of fine tailings is the key when fine railings are prepared special mortar. The key technique of raw materials storage system, drying system, screening system, batching/weighing system, mixing system and bulk/packaging system are discussed. The drying system and screening system of production line should be specially designed.
