摘　　要：首次报道了以2-苯基-3-(芳基砜烷基)吲哚为烯亚胺前体和氮杂原子的迈克尔加成反应。开发了一种简单高效的方法来合成烷基链含有氮杂原子的2-苯基-3-(芳基砜烷基)吲哚类化合物,收率高达98%。We reported that 2- pheny1-3-（1-Arylsulfonylalkyl） indoles as Precursors of Vinylogous Imine Intermediates for Hetero-Miohael Addition Reaction for the firs time in this paper. We developed a simple and efficient method to synthesis heteroatoms featured 3-alkyl substituted 2- pheny1-3-（1-Arylsulfonylalkyl） indoles in the alkyl chains, the yield up to 98%.
