赛霉安散结合王氏清凉膏药捻纱条促进高位单纯性肛瘘术后创面愈合的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察赛霉安散结合自制王氏清凉膏药捻纱条促进高位单纯性肛瘘术后创面愈合的疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的200例住院患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组100例。治疗组术后予赛霉安散结合自制王氏清凉膏药捻纱条换药,对照组术后予凡士林纱条换药,以创面疼痛程度、创面分泌物、创缘水肿程度、创面愈合率、创面愈合时间为观察指标,进行统计分析。结果:治疗组术后第3、7、14、21天创面疼痛程度、创面分泌物、创缘水肿程度评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后第14、28天创面愈合率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后创面愈合平均时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:赛霉安散结合自制王氏清凉膏药捻纱条用于高位单纯性肛瘘患者术后换药,可有效减轻术后伤口疼痛、创缘水肿,减少创面分泌物,促进创面愈合,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To observe the curative effect of the combination of Saimeian Powder combined with homemade Wang＇s Cool Plaster Twisted Gauze on the wound healing after high simple anal fistula.Method：200 hospitalized patients who conformed the inclusion criteria were randomly assigned to the treatment group and the control group,100 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Saimeian Powder combined with homemade Wang＇s Cool Plaster Twisted Gauze,the control group was treated with Vaseline Gauze.Selected the level of wound healing,wound secretions,the degree of edema of the wound edge,wound healing rate,wound healing time for the observation of indicators as the indexes to count and analyze.Result：The scores of wound pain,wound secretions and invasive edema of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group at the 3th,7th,14 th and 21 th day after operation,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the wound healing rate was significantly higher than that of the control group at the 14 th and 28 th day after operation,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the average time of wound healing was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Saimeian Powder combined with homemade Wang＇s Cool Plaster Twisted Gauze for high anal fistula patients after surgery,can effectively reduce the postoperative wound pain,invasive edge edema,reduce wound secretions,promote wound healing,is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
