青鹏软膏联合卤米松乳膏治疗掌跖角化性湿疹效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨青鹏软膏联合卤米松乳膏治疗掌跖角化性湿疹效果及安全性。方法:随机将78例掌跖角化性湿疹患者分为治疗组(40例)及对照组(38例),治疗组早晚各使用青鹏软膏1次,晚上加涂卤米松乳膏1次;对照组每日单用卤米松乳膏2次,疗程均为4周。结果:两组治疗前后症状体征总积分均较前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组总积分改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为87.50%和55.26%,差异有统计学意义(X^2=11.13,P<0.05)。结论:青鹏软膏联合卤米松乳膏治疗掌跖角化性湿疹效果确切,安全性高。Objective：To discuss the clinical effect and safety of Qingpeng Ointment combined with Halometasone Cream in the treatment of palmoplantar keratodermia eczema.Method：78 patients with palmoplantar keratodermia eczema were divided into the treatment group（40 cases） and the control group（38 cases） randomly.The treatment group was treated with Qingpeng Ointment,once respectively each morning and evening,combined with Halometasone Cream,once in the evening,while the control group was only treated with Halometasone Cream;both of the courses were 4 weeks.Result： After treatment,the total of symptom and signs scores in the two groups improved significantly,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.01）;and it was significant better in the treatment group than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of the treatment and the control groups respectively were 87.50% and 55.26%,the difference was statistically significant（X^2=11.13,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Qingpeng Ointment combined with Halometasone Cream provide significant improvement in treatment of palmoplantar keratodermia eczema.
