核桃叶提取液对家兔血压、心率影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察不同浓度的核桃叶提取液对家兔血压、心率的影响。方法:取家兔15只,随机均分为正常对照组和核桃叶低、高浓度组。给家兔麻醉后行左侧颈动脉插管术,动脉导管通过压力换能器与BL-420生物机能实验系统连接,待收缩压、舒张压、心率平稳后,记录其数值,正常对照组给予0.9%氯化钠注射液灌胃、核桃叶低浓度组给予0.5 g/ml核桃叶提取液灌胃、核桃叶高浓度组给予1.0 g/ml核桃叶提取液灌胃,记录用药后15、30、45、60 min家兔的血压和心率数值。结果:三组家兔给药前及给药后的收缩压、舒张压和心率两两比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:核桃叶提取液对家兔的血压、心率没有显著性影响。Objective：To observe the effect of different concentrations of walnut leaf extract on blood pressure and heart rate of rabbits.Method：15 rabbits were selected and randomly divided into normal control group,walnut leaf extract low and high concentration groups,5 cases in each group.Anesthesia and carotid artery cannula were performed in each rabbit and through pressure transducer to connection BL-420 biological function experimental system.Recording its value when blood pressure and heart rate were stable.The normal control group,walnut leaf extract low and high concentration groups were respectively received 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection,concentration with 0.5 g/ml and 1.0 g/ml walnut leaf extract for gastric lavage,recorded the blood pressure and heart rate after 15,30,45,60 minutes of medications.Result：Among the three groups,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate were compared in pairs before and after medications,and there were no significant differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Walnut leaves extract do not affect blood pressure and heart rate of rabbits.
