摘　　要：西安文理学院人文学院教授、西安文学研究会创会会长、中国王维研究会创会会长师长泰(1938—2016)先生,一生致力于唐代文学的教学和研究,先后出版《古代诗词名句探胜》《唐诗艺术技巧》《唐人律诗精品评赏》《白居易诗选评》《历代诗人咏兴庆宫诗选注》等著作。《王维诗歌艺术论》是师长泰先生唐代文学研究的又一新著,该书是师先生关于王维研究的集成之作,体现了四个特点:一是重视文本细读的基本功夫;二是重视诗艺诗法的探赜抉微;三是重视文献和田野调查相结合的研究方法;四是该书具有王维研究学术史的价值和意义,也奠定了先生在王维研究学术史上的崇高地位。As a professor of Xi＇an University, chairman of Xi＇an Literature Research Society, chairman of China＇s Wang Wei Research Society, Shi Chang-tai （1938 -2016） devoted all his life to the teaching and studying of literature in the Tang Dynasty, and published works such as Collection of Ancient Chinese Poems, Artistic Techniques of Poems in the Tang Dynasty, Appreciation of Excellent Regular Verses in the Tang Dynasty, Review of Bai Juyi＇s Poems, Notes to Poems of Xingqing Palace by Poets in All Past Dynasties, etc. This paper is aimed at recommending his another book to the readers in the study of literature in the Tang dynasty, enti- tled On Wang Wei^s Poetic Art. This book is seen as his all-embracing masterpiece, highlighted by laying em- phasis on the following four aspects： 1 ） the basic ability for textual intensive reading; 2） the study of poetic arts and skills; 3） research method of combining document and field investigation; 4） the value and signifi- cance of the academic history for studying Wang Wei, meanwhile establishing his high status in this field.
