摘  要:目的优选微波辅助提取秦艽中龙胆苦苷的最佳工艺条件。方法在单因素试验的基础上,选取乙醇浓度、提取时间及料液比为自变量,采用响应曲面法研究各因素及其交互作用对秦艽中龙胆苦苷提取的影响。模拟得出了龙胆苦苷提取的回归方程,确定最佳提取工艺条件。结果秦艽中龙胆苦苷的最佳微波提取条件为乙醇溶液浓度74%、提取时间4.7 min、液料比27 mL·g^(-1)。结论响应曲面法优化的秦艽中龙胆苦苷微波辅助提取工艺稳定、合理、预测性良好。Objective To determine the optimum process of microwave-assisted extraction of gentiopicroside from Radix Gentiana Macrophylla.Methods Ethanol concentration,extraction time and the ratio of solvent volume to material weight were selected as independent variables of response surfaced methodology to study the effects of various factors and their interactions on extraction of gentiopicroside from Radix Gentiana Macrophylla. The extraction regression equation for gentiopicroside was obtained by simulation and the optimum extraction conditions of gentiopicroside were determined.Results The optimum parameters were as follows: ethanol concentration 74%,the ratio of solvent volume to material weight 27 mL·g^(-1)and extraction time 4.7 min.The extraction rate of gentiopicroside from Radix Gentiana Macrophylla was 6.33% under the optimized conditions.Conclusion The optimized extraction process was stable,reasonable and highly predictive.
