品管圈在降低麻醉药品批号追踪不符率中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈在降低麻醉药品批号追踪不符率中的具体应用。方法查检活动前3个月麻醉药品注射剂(对照组)批号追踪差错数,成立品管圈小组,确立"降低麻醉药品批号追踪不符率"为活动主题,通过分析原因,设定目标,制定对策并组织实施等品管圈活动。查检活动后1个月麻醉药品注射剂(试验组)差错数,比较两组批号追踪不符情况。结果通过不断的持续质量改进,麻醉药品批号追踪不符率由2.67件/月降至0,差异有统计学意义。结论品管圈在降低医院麻醉药品批号追踪不符率中效果显著。Objective To discuss the application of quality control circle in reducing narcotic drugs batch tracking discrepancy rate.Methods Check the error of narcotic drugs injection batch tracking number error in three months before activity（ control group）.The quality control circle was set up in order to reduce batch tracking discrepancy rate. After the end of the activity,check the error in one month（ experimental group）,compared two groups of batch tracking situation.Results By continuous improvement,narcotics batch tracking discrepancy rate fell from 2.67 per month to zero,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The effect of quality control circle on reducing hospital narcotics batch tracking discrepancy rate was remarkable.
