摘　　要：目的探讨注射用美洛西林钠舒巴坦钠不良反应(ADR)的一般规律及特点,指导临床合理用药。方法收集2011~2017年6年内在本院发生的242个病例和检索"中国知网"和"万方数据库"中收集的30篇有关注射用美洛西林钠舒巴坦钠药物不良反应病例一起进行统计和分析。结果注射用美洛西林钠舒巴坦钠不良反应与性别无关,多与患者个体差异、临床使用情况、合并用药情况相关。主要的不良反应类型有皮肤及附件损害和胃肠道反应,占80%,严重的不良反应为过敏性休克、肝损害等,多发生在用药初期,临床应用应加强监测。结论与注射用美洛西林钠舒巴坦钠联合用药存在配伍禁忌的药物种类繁多,不良反应临床表现复杂多样。所以应加强药品安全性监测,严格提高合理用药水平,确保用药安全有效。Objective To investigate the general regularity and characteristics of adverse reactions（ ADR） of Mezlocillin Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium for Injection,and guide the clinical rational use of drugs. Methods 30 articles on ADR of Mezlocillin Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium for Injection collected from ＂ CNKI＂ and ＂ Wanfang Database＂ and 2011~ 2017 242 cases in 6 years in our hospital were carried out with statistics and analysis.Results The ADRs of Mezlocillin Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium for Injection had nothing to do with gender differences,but there were related with individual differences of patients,clinical use and combined medication.The main types of ADR had skin and appendages damage and gastrointestinal reactions,accounted of 80%,the severe ADRs were allergic shock,liver damage,etc.,which occured in the early stages of medication,clinical application should be strengthened monitoring.Conclusion Many drugs had incompatibility combined with Mezlocillin Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium for Injection,and the clinical manifestation of ADRs was complex and diverse.Therefore,we should strengthen the monitoring of drug safety,strictly improve the level of rational drug use,to ensure the safety and effective use of drugs.
