摘  要:脱硫石膏煅烧处理工艺的好坏直接关系到脱硫石膏的性能和应用。以煅烧温度、煅烧时间、交互作用为主要因素,设计3因素3水平正交试验,研究各因素对脱硫石膏抗压、抗折强度的影响。结果表明:当煅烧温度达到350℃时,抗压、抗折强度显著提高;煅烧时间为3h时,抗压、抗折强度达到最大值,绝干状态下抗压、抗折强度分别达到20.60MPa、6.90MPa,吸水饱和状态下抗压、抗折强度分别达到9.97MPa、3.55 MPa。The level of calcination process is directly related to the performance and application of gypsum. Calcination temperature, calcination time and interaction were considered to be the major factors, three factors and three levels orthognnal experimants was designed to study the influence of these factors on the gypsum block compressive strength and flexural strength. The results show that: When the calcination temperature was 350,compressive strength and flexural strength were significantly improved. When the calcination time was 3h, compressive strength and flexural strength reached the maximum, the maximum of the absolute drying compressive strength, flexural strength was 20.60MPa,6.90MPa respectively, the maximum of the absolute saturation compressive strength and flexural strength were 9.97MPa,3.55MPa.
