摘 要:针对油酸类捕收剂在萤石浮选作业中选择性差、不耐低温、溶解性差等缺点,对油酸进行了硫酸化改性研究。结果表明,在以石英为主要脉石矿物的萤石矿浮选中,在酸化比例(浓硫酸与油酸摩尔比)为0.2、酸化温度为50℃、酸化时间为2 h时,萤石浮选效果最好。在常温25℃下,采用1粗5精全闭路流程,可得到CaF_2品位为97.17%,回收率为88.87%,SiO_2含量为0.89%的高品级萤石精矿。红外光谱研究表明,在最佳酸化条件下得到的改性油酸,除具有不饱和双键和羧酸基团,还具有-S=O基团,对萤石的捕收能力增强,而对石英没有捕收性能。This paper investigated the acidification of oleic acid for the shortcomings of Oleic acid collectors applied in the fluorite fotation like poor selectivity, solubleness and low temperature resistance. The results indicated that it can obtain the most favourable effect in the flotation of a certain fluorite mine containing quartz as the main gangue when the Acidification ratio,temperature and time is 0.2,50℃ and 2 h, respectively.At 25 degrees, high class fluorite confentratethe containing 0.89% quartz can be obtained that the grade and recovery of fluorite is 97.17% and 88.87%,individually. Infrared spectroscopy manifested that modified oleic acid obtained in the optimum acidification condition not only possesses unsaturated double bond and earboxylic acid groups but -S=O groups,which have stronger ablity for collecting fluorite while cannot collect quartz.
