摘　　要：传统高校学生工作模式面临着巨大挑战。鉴于此,分析导致传统学生工作模式面临挑战的原因,对比国内外高校学生工作模式的差异,学习借鉴国外高水平高校学生工作的先进经验,探索将国外专业化的学生工作模式应用到国内高校的途径,提出专业、智慧型学生工作新模式的实践举措。Traditional mode of college student work has been confronted with huge challenges. Therefore, this paper analyses the reasons, compares the differences between student work mode in China and that in foreign countries, learns from the advanced experience of foreign high-level colleges＇ student work mode, explores the way to apply foreign professional student work mode in domestic universities and discusses the practical measures of professional intelligence-based mode of student work.
