摘　　要：公共支出政策减贫研究领域相关文献主要集中在对公共支出作用于贫困的机制机理、公共支出减贫干预、公共支出政策减贫效应、公共支出受益归宿等问题的研究。通过对该领域文献的研究梳理发现,近几年来对公共支出政策减贫进行空间经济分析成为该领域研究的最新动态。具体宏观经济政策应和特定区域空间相联系,没有空间要素的宏观经济政策是不存在的,公共支出政策减贫低效和失效的一个重要原因就是忽略了空间要素的分析。基于此,提出于公共支出政策减贫研究中导入空间概念,诠释公共支出政策减贫的空间作用机制,对公共支出政策减贫进行空间甄别与检验,通过要素的空间流动纠正要素空间上的错误配置,有利于实现经济空间优化,获得动态减贫收益。The literature related to public expenditure policy for poverty reduction is mainly focused on the mechanism of public expenditure on poverty, poverty reduction intervention of public expenditure, poverty reduction effect of public expenditure policy, public expenditure beneficial owners, etc. Through the study of literature in this field, this paper finds, in recent years, spatial economic analysis of poverty reduction of public expenditure policy has become the latest development of this field. Specific macroeconomic policy should be associated with specific regional space. Macroeconomic policy without space elements doesn＇t exist. An important reason of inefficiency and failure in the analysis of public expenditure policy of poverty reduction is that factors of space are ignored. Based on these, the author puts forward the concept of space in the study of public expenditure policy of poverty reduction, explaining the space effect mechanism of public expenditure policy of poverty reduction, screening and inspecting on public expenditure policy of poverty reduction, and correcting mistakes in element space configuration so as to achieve economic space optimization, and get dynamic poverty reduction revenues.
