摘　　要：目的探讨AIDS合并马尔尼菲青霉菌病(Ps M)患者模式识别受体Dectin-1、炎性细胞因子及CD4^+T淋巴细胞表达情况及其临床意义。方法将120例AIDS患者根据是否合并Ps M分为Ps M组和非Ps M组各60例,比较两组Dectin-1的平均荧光强度、CD4^+T淋巴细胞计数和白细胞介素(IL)-2、IL-6、IL-12、IL-23水平。结果 Ps M组的Dectin-1表达、CD4^+T淋巴细胞计数、IL-2、IL-6、IL-12和IL-23水平均低于非Ps M组(P<0.05)。结论 Dectin-1及其调节产生的炎症细胞因子、CD4^+T水平下降可能是导致AIDS的患者对马尔尼菲青霉菌易感的重要原因。Objective To observe the expressions and clinical significance of pattern recognition receptor Dectin-1,cytokines and CD4~＋T lymphocytes in patients with AIDS complicated with Penicilliosis marneffei（Ps M）. Methods A total of 120 patients with AIDS were divided into Ps M group and non-Ps M group depending on whether they were complicated with Ps M,with 60 cases in each group. The mean fluorescence intensity of Dectin-1,CD4~＋T lymphocyte count,and levels of interleukin（IL）-2,IL-6,IL-12 and IL-23 were compared between the two groups. Results The expression of Dectin-1,CD4~＋T lymphocyte count,and levels of IL-2,IL-6,IL-12 and IL-23 in the Ps M group were lower than those in the non-Ps M group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Decreasing levels of Dectin-1,cytokines subjected to the regulation of Dectin-1 and CD4~＋T lymphocytes may be the importance reasons for AIDS patients who are sensitive to Penicillium marneffei.
