摘 要:以统一监测、智能调控各镀槽内镀液的温度为原则,设计了自动化电镀生产线温度总控系统。介绍了温度总控系统的硬件构成,电源模块、温度采集模块和电磁阀控制模块的原理和功能,以及温度控制算法。温度总控系统通过总线方式获取各镀槽温度传感器采集的温度信号并将其传送至PC,PC利用基于BP神经网络的PID控制算法,给出动态优化的控制信号,从而实现统一检测、智能调控各镀槽内镀液的温度。Temperature control system of automatic electroplating production line was designed based on the principle of uniform monitoring and intelligent control the temperature of plating solution in each plating tank. The hardware constitution of temperature control system, the principle as well as functions of power module, temperature acquisition module and electromagnetic valve control module, and temperature control algorithm was introduced. Temperature control system can obtain the temperature signals collected by temperature sensor located in each plating tank through bus mode, and transfer them to PC. PC send dynamically optimized control signals using PID control algorithm based on BP neural network, thus to realize uniform monitoring and intelligent control the temperature of plating solution in each plating tank.
