摘　　要：综述了化学镀镍的基本原理和工艺,详细介绍了碳纳米管、碳纤维、石墨烯化学镀镍的研究进展和发展现状,并总结了碳纳米材料化学镀镍存在的问题和未来的发展趋势。The mechanism and process of electroless nickel plating was reviewed, and the research progress of electroless nickel plating on carbon nanotube, carbon fiber and graphene was introduced in detail. Additionally, the existing issues about electroless nickel plating on carbon nano-materials and future research trend were summarized.
