摘　　要：科技学术期刊建立发文后档案有利于更全面地评价已发表的论文,规范编辑部的管理,指导组稿与约稿和遴选审稿专家,等等。档案的内容主要包括文摘信息、引文信息、读者反馈信息、社会效益和经济效益。科技学术期刊编辑部应将发文前档案与发表后档案综合起来,建立适合于本刊的论文评价体系,努力提高刊物的学术水平。The establishment of archives for papers published in sci-tech academic journals is conducive to a more comprehensive evaluation of the published papers, specification of editorial department management, guiding selection of reviewers and manuscripts. The contents of the archives for papers published in sci-tech academic journals are mainly included in the following sections： abstract information, citation information, feedback information,social benefits and economic benefits. The editorial department of sci-tech academic journals should establish the evaluation system suitable for the papers,and strive to improve the academic level of the journals.
