科技论文基金项目标注的不端行为及防范对策研究--基于178篇论文标注209个国家自然科学基金项目的实证分析  

Academic misconducts and preventive measures on fund project mark of academic papers: an empirical analysis based on 178 academic papers marking 209 National Natural Science Foundation Projects

摘　　要：抽样调查9种期刊国家自然科学基金项目论文的标注情况,对项目标注存在的各种疑似不端问题进行实例解析。结果表明:9种期刊有178篇论文共标注209个国家基金项目,至少51篇论文发表内容与项目研究内容严重不符;22篇论文收稿日期与项目研究期限不符;3个项目疑为凭空捏造;同一项目在多篇论文中随意挂靠的现象较为普遍。从编辑、科研工作者、管理部门等角度提出论文中标注基金项目不端行为的防范对策。By using the method of sample survey,we analyzed the situation of fund project marking of National Natural Science Foundation Project（ NNSFP） in the academic papers from nine kinds of journals, and then gave examples to analyze various suspected problems existing in academic papers’ fund project mark.The results showed that in these nine journals,there were 178 papers marking totally 209 National Natural Science Foundation Projects. However,the published content of at least 51 papers was seriously inconsistent with the content of fund projects marked. The received dates of 22 papers did not match with the fund-project research period, and 3 fund-projects were suspected to be fabricated. Meanwhile,it was found to be common that the same fund-project was marked in many papers randomly. Therefore,we propose some countermeasures to prevent the fund-project marking misconducts from the view of editors, scientific researchers,administrative department.
