摘 要:慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronicobstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)的特征是持久的气流受限,目前用肺功能对COPD进行诊断、分级、衡量预后存在着局限性,寻找COPD生物标志物便成为研究方向。血液因其易采集、更易被患者接受以及已建立标准的检测方法等优势成为我们理想的检验标本。因此,从血液中探寻COPD特征性生物标记物正成为研究热点。而反应肺部状况的特异的生物标志物逐渐体现出它的优势。本文对其中的Clara细胞蛋白16、肺表面活性蛋白-A和肺表面活性蛋白-D的研究进展进行综述。Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease( COPD) is characterized by persistent airflow limitation. There are limita-tions in the current diagnosis, classification and prognosis evaluation of COPD based on lung function. The biomarkers of COPD have become a direction to study. Blood has become an ideal test specimen since it is easy to collect, more acceptable to patients and has a standard test methods. Therefore, it has become a hotspot of research to explore specific blood biomarkers of COPD, and the blood markers reflecting lung conditions have gradually shown their advantages in the study of COPD. This review discusses researches of re-cent years on Clara Cell Protein 16, surfactant protein A, and surfactant protein D.
