摘　　要：对茶叶交易方式的研究进行述评,介绍茶叶市场交易方式的分类及其特点,通过对不同交易方式的比较评估,提出完善我国茶叶市场交易方式的对策:(1)促进由直接交易方式为主向间接交易方式为主转变;(2)建设以拍卖交易方式为主体的多个交易平台;(3)建设以比赛交易方式为核心的交易机制作为重要补充。This paper reviews the literature on tea trading mode and introduces the classification and characteristics of the trading mode on tea market. The countermeasures are proposed to improve the trading mode of the tea market in China by means of the comparative evaluation of different trading modes,that are,promoting the transformation from direct trading to indirect trading,constructing of auction trading as the main body of trading platforms and building the game trading as the core of trading mechanism as an important supplement.
