摘 要:案例资料收集效率影响案例撰写进程,利用"壹案多用"可以提高案例资料的利用率。案例研究发展至今积累了大量的案例资料,但资料总体呈现零散化、利用率低的状态,无法满足案例研究人员高效收集案例资料的需求。本文从广度和深度上挖掘多种资料来源,建立管理案例资料来源思维导图,结合案例研究过程,提出管理案例资料收集方法,从而提高案例资料的搜索效率。同时,提出目标型和探索型案例资料收集过程,建立了案例资料收集过程与案例资料的交互模型,归纳了管理案例资料收集总体流程,为基于同一案例资料的教学案例或研究案例撰写提供思路,从而提高资料利用率。最后,从案例资料收集角度为管理案例的标准、规范和科学发展提出合理建议。The method of data collection influences the efficiency of case writing, and one case with multiple usages for teaching cases or research cases improves use ratio of case materials.With the development of case study, amounts of case materials are produced, in a scattered and low-utilized condition, which can meet case researchers, demand. Based on existing case data, different managerial case data sources are excavated broadly and deeply with a mind map. A case data base provides a quick way of finding right case data resource for researchers. At the same time, the process of case data collection has been categorised into two types: Object-oriented one and exploratory one, each with an interaction framework with case data. Methods and processes of case data collection are also put forward for reference. This reflects the principle of how to use the same case data source to create a teaching case and a research case. Lastly, a few standard and scientific suggestions on managerial case are brought up from the perspective of case data collec-tion.
