摘  要:论文通过搭建微通道液冷冷板测试环境,分别测试了七种典型微通道液冷冷板的进、出口压差、流量和温度。以D5冷板为参考,分别对比常规通道,不同槽道高度、槽道筋厚及流道形式对微通道液冷冷板散热性能的影响。结合工程应用比较了不同微通道冷板的综合性能,为微通道冷板设计提供参考。In this paper, the inlet and outlet pressure difference, flow rate and temperature of 7 kinds of typical micro channel liquid cold plate are tested by establishing a micro channel liquid cold plate test environment. The effects of the conventional chan-nel, the channel height, the thickness of the channel and the channel form on the cooling performance of the micro channel cold plate were compared with the D5 cold plate. Combined with the engineering application, the comprehensive performance of different microchannel cold plate is compared, which provides reference for the design of microchannel cold plate.
