摘　　要：目的探究膝关节退行性关节炎患者应用穴位注射配合氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗临床疗效。方法随机抽取2016年2月至2017年2月收治的膝关节退行性关节炎患者102例,分为X组(n=51)和Y组(n=51)。Y组进行穴位注射治疗,X组在Y组的基础上进行氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗。对比X、Y两组的治疗效果、VAS评分以及Lysholm评分。结果相对于Y组的治疗效果以及Lysholm评分,X组较高,P<0.05,具有统计学意义;相对于Y组的VAS评分,X组的较低,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论膝关节退行性关节炎患者应用穴位注射配合氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗取得了显著的临床疗效,疼痛明显减轻,膝关节功能明显提升,值得借鉴和推广。Objective To explore the knee degenerative arthritis of glucosamine capsule and application of point injection for the treatment of clinical efficacy. Methods Randomly selected from February 2016 to February 2016, 102 cases of patients with knee degenerative arthritis, is divided into X group （n - 51） and Y （ n - 51 ） . Y group of point injection therapy, X group in Y glucosamine capsule on the basis of the treatment. Compare the X,Y,two groups of treatment effect, the VAS score and the Lysholm scale. Results Compared with the Lysholm scale and treatment effect of Y group, X group is higher, P 〈 0. 05, have a certain statistical significance; Relative to the Y VAS score, the lower of X group, P 〈0.05, have statistical significance. Conclusion Knee degenerative arthritis of glucosamine capsule and application of point injection for the treatment of made significant clinical efficacy, significantly reduce pain, knee joint function improved significantly, worthy of reference and promotion.
