人工全髋关节置换术治疗非功能位骨性强直髋的围手术期护理

摘　　要：目的探讨人工全髋关节置换术治疗非功能位骨性强直髋的围手术期护理配合。方法对2009年9月-2014年12月新疆医科大学第一附属医院关节外科收治的14例非功能位骨性强直髋患者行人工全髋关节置换术治疗并配合正确、有效的围手术期护理,总结分析护理人员在围手术期护理特色和效果。结果 14例患者手术时间平均65min,术中出血量平均为200mL。经围手术期术前、术中、术后护理配合,术后14例患者术区切口均愈合良好,无一例患者发生神经损伤、血管损伤、下肢深静脉血栓形成、术后人工关节假体脱位及假体周围感染等并发症。出院后1、3、6、12个月随访患者关节功能基本恢复,生活可以自理。结论人工全髋关节置换术是治疗非功能位骨性强直髋患者的有效方法,正确有效的围手术期护理是保证人工髋关节置换手术后患者康复的关键。Objective To evaluate the perioperative nursing coordination of total hip arthroplasty for the treatment of non functional hip bony ankylosing.Methods Perioperative nursing characteristics was summarized and effects of nursing staff was analyzed,total hip arthroplasty with corrective and effective perioperative nursing was performed on 14 cases of non functional hip bony ankylosis patients from the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University,during September 2009-December 2014.Results It was shown that the average operation time was 65 min,with an average of bloodloss being 200 mL.With good perioperative care,postoperative patients whose healing of incision were fine,none case was observed with the intraoperatie blood vessels,nerve damage and DVT,joint dislocation and the complications such as infection after operation.The patients were followed up at 1,3,6 and 12 months after discharge,and 14 patients recovered their daily active function.Conclusion Total hip arthroplasty turned out to be an effective method for the treatment of non functional hip bony ankylosing.Corrective and effective perioperative nursing was exhibited to be the key to ensure the rehabilitation of patients after hip arthroplasty.
