摘 要:为建立一种合理可靠的超前卸压带宽度模拟模型,结合工作面前方煤体的超前卸压效应理论,以现场实测试验数据为基准,应用COMSOL Multiphysics软件进行煤岩体开挖模拟,首次将开挖高度定为工作面煤层釆高和冒落带高度之和,得出现场测试和数值模拟超前卸压带的宽度分别为18.26 m和15 m,二者结果基本一致并得到了相互验证,且分析了二者产生差异性的原因。该模拟结果可应用于相关现场指导,解决现场实测费时费力的问题。In order to establish a reasonable and reliable model for the simulation of advanced pressure relief area,the paper used the advanced pressure relief effect theory in front of the working face,based on field test data,coal and rock mass excavation was simulated with COMSOL Multiphysics,excavation height is the sum of the height of the coal seam mining height and the height of the falling zone.It was concluded that the advanced pressure relief area width of the field test and numerical simulation are 18. 26 m and 15 m,the results of the two methods were basically consistent and mutual authentication was obtained,the reasons for the differences between the two were also analysed. Simulation results can be applied to the relevant field guidance and solve the problem of time-consuming and laborious field measurement.
