摘　　要：利用万能试验机对45~#钢/尼龙夹层板进行了准静态压缩实验,得到了关于不同厚度比(面板总厚度与芯材厚度的比值)的45~#钢/尼龙夹层板的应力-应变曲线,实验结果表明在准静态压缩实验中,45~#钢/尼龙夹层板的屈服强度随厚度比的增大而增加,但不同厚度比的夹层板的应力应变曲线形态相似。通过对实验数据的分析、拟合,构建了计及厚度比影响的钢/尼龙夹层板的准静态压缩本构模型。实验证明,该模型可以准确描述45~#钢/尼龙夹层板的准静态压缩本构关系,可用于预测该类夹层板在不同厚度比下的准静态压缩力学性能,在船舶领域具有较好的工程应用价值。By universal testing machine,stress strain curves of different thickness ratio of 45steel/nylon sandwich plate were obtained.The experimental results show that in the quasi static compression experiment,the yield strength of 45steel/nylon sandwich plate increases as the increase of the thickness ratio,but the shape of the stress-strain curves of different thickness ratio is similar.Through analyzing and fitting the experimental data,considering the influence of thickness ratio on the results,aquasi-static compression constitutive model for different thickness ratio of 45steel/nylon of sandwich plate was set up.Experiments show that the model can accurately describe quasi-static compression constitutive relation of 45steel/nylon of sandwich plate,and it can be used to predict the sandwich plate under different thickness ratio of quasi static compression mechanical properties and has good value of engineering application in shipbuilding.
