单纯收缩压期高血压痰瘀互结证病人红细胞计数、血脂的分析

摘　　要：目的研究单纯收缩期高血压病人痰瘀互结证与红细胞计数、血脂的相关性。方法收集2012年—2015年在中国中医科学院广安门医院南区体检和广安门医院心内科住院病人,并进行逐一问卷调查,共筛选出单纯收缩期高血压病人445例,其中非痰瘀互结证251例,痰瘀互结证194例,分析比较两组红细胞计数和血脂水平。结果痰瘀互结证组舒张压(DBP)、红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(HB)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)均明显高于非痰瘀互结证,而收缩压(SBP)低于非痰瘀互结组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关性研究显示:DBP、RBC、HB、TG、LDL-C与痰瘀互结证呈正相关性;SBP与痰瘀互结证呈负相关性。二分类Logistic回归分析:RBC、LDL-C是单纯收缩期高血压痰瘀互结证的危险因素。结论 RBC、LDL-C是单纯收缩期高血压痰瘀互结证的危险因素,可作单纯收缩期高血压中医辨证的依据之一。Objective To study the relation among phlegm and blood stasis syndromes erythrocyte parameters,blood lipid in patients with isolated systolic hypertension（ISH）.Methods Collecting the patients through investigation one by one in cardiology department in Guang＇an men Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences and its southern district between July 2012 to July 2015,445 patients with ISH,including non-phlegm and blood stasis syndrome（n = 251）,phlegm and blood stasis syndrome（n =194）,in order to analyze erythrocyte parameters and lipid levels between two group.Results The diastolic blood pressure（DBP）,red blood cells（RBC）,hemoglobin（HB）,triglycerides（TG）and low-density lipoprotein（LDL）in patients with blood stasis syndrome were significantly higher than that in patients non-phlegm syndrome,while systolic blood pressure was lower than that in patients nonphlegm syndrome（P〈0.05）.Correlation studies showed that there was positive correlation among DBP,RBC,HB,TG,LDL and phlegm syndrome,respectively.There was a negative correlation between systolic blood pressure and phlegm syndrome.Binary logistic regression analysis showed that RBC,LDL-cholesterol（LDLC）were risk factors in ISH with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.Conclusion RBC and LDLC were risk factors in ISH with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.The erythrocyte parameters and blood lipid levels can be used as a rule to summary different syndrome in ISH patients.
