摘 要:采用随机区组试验设计,研究施用不同N肥对红翅槭母树及其穂条产量与生根率的影响,结果表明,15.0 g·株-1是较适宜的施N水平。在此基础上采用L9(34)正交试验设计研究穂条长度、采穗季节、药剂配比对红翅槭扦插生根率的影响。红翅槭扦插快繁的优化组合为:在秋季采集10 cm长的穂条,将500 mg·kg^(-1)ABT1~#、500 mg·kg^(-1)GGR溶液与滑石粉调制成糊状后,采用速蘸法进行扦插,生根率达88.3%。The effect of different amounts of nitrogen fertilizers on the yield of cuttings and rooting rate of Acer fa b r i Hance trees was investigated by randomized block design tests. The results showed that 15.0 g per mother tree was the optimum nitrogen application level. Based on this,the effects of cutting length,season of cutting collection,and mix ratio of media on the rooting rate were stud-ied by L9(3^4) orthogonal experiment design. The optimized cutting propagation technique involved the following: collecting 10 cm long cuttings in the autumn season and dipping in putty liquid of 500 mg ·kg^ -1 ABT1^# plus 500 mg·kg^-1 GGR plus talcum powder before planting of the cuttings to reach a rooting rate of 88.3%.
