摘  要:架空导线在运行的过程中,容易受到腐蚀因素的影响,从而诱发导线的腐蚀断裂。因此,对导线采取有效的防腐措施,具有重大的经济价值和社会效益。防腐油脂在ACSR等架空导线中已经得到了普遍的使用,关于架空导线用防腐油脂特性的国家标准也正在制订之中。采用铝包钢线、锌-5%铝-混合稀土合金镀层钢丝,以及碳纤维复合芯作为导线加强芯,能够保护铝导体免受电化学腐蚀,提高导线寿命。常温固化的FEVE氟树脂涂料具有优异的耐候和耐腐蚀性能,其在架空导线防腐的应用,具备技术上的可行性,也开拓了氟碳树脂的市场空间。The overhead conductors are easily corroded, which leads the fracture of conductors in operation. It has social and economic effects to adopt effective anti-corrosion measures for overhead conductors. The anti-corrosive grease for overhead is widely used in the production, and the national standard for the characters of grease is drawing up. Adopt the aluminium-clad steel wire, the zinc-5% aluminum-mixed mischmetal alloy-coated steel wires, and composite carbon fiber core as reinforced core, winch protects the aluminium wires from the electrochemical corro-sion, and leads to improve the life of conductor. The room temperature cured FEVE coatings have excellent weather resistance and corrosion resistance. The room temperature cured FEVE coatings have the possibility in the application of conductor anticorrosion, and the market space of FEVE is also expanded.
