摘　　要：超低温电缆是一类满足特殊使用要求的高技术产品。结合具有完全自主知识产权的国产超低温电缆,介绍了超低温电缆的概念、特点、生产控制、测试技术,并对国内外同类产品的关键性能进行了对比分析。推荐采用第二代超低温电缆技术生产的聚全氟乙丙烯(FEP)厚绝缘一次挤出型高压超低温电缆。Super-low-temp cable is a kind of high-tech product to meet special requirements. The article introduces the concept, character, design, production control, test and related technologies of the super-low-temp cables, based on domestic cryogenic cable YD-SDW-H, 6/10 kV with completely independent intellectual property rights. This pa-per also compares and analyzes the key performance of similar products at home and abroad. It is highly recommended the high-volt, super-low-temp cables produced by fluorinated ethylene propylene（ FEP） thick insulator extruding at one time, second generation cryogenic cable technology.
