摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法测定冬柏通淋合剂中盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法采用Kromasil C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钠(用磷酸调节pH=3)(28∶72);流速:1.0ml/min;柱温:室温(25℃);检测波长:345nm。结果盐酸小檗碱在1.00~50.00μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 6),平均回收率为104.70%,RSD为1.60%(n=5)。结论该方法准确、灵敏度高、专属性强、重现性好,对提高冬柏通淋合剂的质量控制标准具有参考意义。Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of berberine hydrochloride in Dongbai Tonglin He-ji .Methods The separation column of Kromasil C18 （150 mm ×4 .6 mm ,5 μm ） was used . The mobile phase was acetonitrile and 0 .05 mol/L NaH2 PO4 solution （pH was adjusted to about 3 with phosphoric acid ） . The flow rate was 1 .0 ml/min with the column at room temperature and the detection wavelengths at 345 nm for berberine hydrochloride . Results The linear range of berberine hydrochloride was 1.00 - 50.00 pg/ml （ 0 .999 6） . The average recoveries of berberine hydrochloride were104 .70% （RSD 1 .60% , n= 5） . Conclusion This method is accurate , sensitive , selective and reproducible . It provides an al-ternative method to improve the quality control of Dongbai Tonglin Heji .
