摘 要:以芳香醛、苯甲酰乙腈为原料,MMT/AlCl_3为催化剂,超声条件下合成氰基查尔酮。考察碱添加剂、反应温度、超声时间、原料摩尔比、催化剂用量、催化剂摩尔比、溶剂对产率的影响。结果表明,苯甲酰乙腈与芳香醛物质的量比为1∶1.2,催化剂用量为苯甲酰乙腈物质的量的5%时,产率可达98.8%,产物通过红外、核磁氢谱及熔点表征。An ultrasound-assisted synthesis method of cyano chalcone derivatives catalysized by MMT/AlCl3 was developed using aromatic aldehydes,benzoyl acetonitrile as starting materials. Influences of base additive,the reaction temperature,ultrasonic time,the mole ratio of raw material,the amount of catalyst,the molar ratio of the catalyst and solvent on the yield were screened. The result showed that: The molar ratio of benzoyl acetonitrile to an aromatic aldehyde is 1∶ 1. 2,the amount of catalyst was 5% benzoyl acetonitrile amount of substance,the yields up to 98. 8%. The products were characterized by 1H NMR,IR and melting point.
