摘  要:考察了焙烧条件对活性炭负载Pt-Fe催化对氯硝基苯选择加氢制对氯苯胺反应性能的影响,同时用X射线衍射、透射电子显微镜和X射线光电子能谱表征了该催化剂的结构。结果表明,焙烧气氛和焙烧温度对催化剂性能影响显著,在空气气氛中200℃下焙烧的Pt-Fe/AC具有较高的催化对氯硝基苯选择加氢制对氯苯胺反应性能。在对氯硝基苯/催化剂质量比为50∶1、30℃、1.0 MPa氢气条件下反应90 min,对氯硝基苯即被100%转化为对氯苯胺。Influence of calcination conditions on catalytic performance of the activated carbon supported Pt-Fe for selective hydrogenation of p-chloronitrobenzene( p-CNB) to p-chloroaniline( p-CAN) was investigated. The structure of the catalyst was characterized by means of X-ray diffraction( XRD),transmission electron microscopy( TEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy( XPS). The results showed that calcination atmosphere and temperature had significant effect on catalytic performance of the catalyst. The Pt-Fe/AC catalyst calcined at 200 ℃ in air atmosphere exhibited better catalytic performance than the other catalysts. The p-chloronitrobenzene was completely reduced to p-chloroaniline in 90 min under the reaction conditions of p-CNB and catalyst in a mass ratio of 50∶ 1,30 ℃ and 1. 0 MPa H2.
