摘 要:在HCl-H_2O体系中利用溶液法对磷石膏进行除杂,研究溶液pH值、反应时间、固液比及温度对磷石膏中可溶性磷和可溶性氟的去除率的影响。结果表明,HCl-H_2O体系除杂的最佳工艺参数为:pH=1,时间2 h,固液比=1∶3 g/mL,温度103℃。此工艺下,可溶性磷、氟的去除率分别达到88.73%和93.77%,磷石膏中残余的可溶性杂质含量低至W_(P_2O_5)=0.08%,W_(F-)=0.005%,能够满足GB/T 23456—2009中作为石膏建材的要求,且具有经济可行性。The impurities removal of phosphogypsum was studied via solution method in HCl-H2O system,and the effects of p H in solution,reaction time,solid-liquid ratio and temperature on the soluble impurities removal rate of P2O5 and F- had been achieved. The result showed that the optimum process parameters of the impurities removal of phosphogypsum in HCl-H2O system were: pH = 1,reaction time was 2 h,solid-liquid ratio was 1∶ 3 g/mL,and temperature was 103 ℃,in which situation the effective removal rate of P2O5 and F-were 88. 73% and 93. 77%,and WP2O5= 0. 08%,WF-= 0. 005%,respectively. The quality of the pretreated phosphogypsum meets the national standard of GB/T 23456—2009 with feasible financial condition.
