摘 要:以壳聚糖、三聚磷酸钠为壁材,长效驱蚊剂避蚊胺为芯材,采用离子凝胶法制备驱蚊纳米胶囊。研究不同制备条件对纳米胶囊粒径大小和包覆率的影响;利用扫描电镜、透射电镜、红外光谱表征了纳米胶囊的结构与形貌;采用热重分析表征纳米胶囊热稳定性能并研究其在不同温度下的缓释性能。结果表明,制备的驱蚊纳米胶囊呈球状,粒径大小为264.7 nm,包覆率为65.25%,具有良好的缓释性能和热稳定性能。The anti-mosquito nanocapsules were prepared by ion gel method using chitosan( CS),sodium tripolyphosphate( TPP) as wall material and long-term anti-mosquito agent DEET as core material. The effects of different preparation conditions on the size and coverage of nanocapsules were studied; The structure and morphology of nanocapsules were characterized by SEM,TEM and FTIR; The thermal stability of nanocapsules was characterized by TG and its sustained-release properties at different temperatures were studied. The results showed that the anti-mosquito nanocapsules were spherical,with a particle size of 264. 7 nm and a coverage rate of 65. 25%. The nanocapsules have good sustained-release and thermal stability.
