摘  要:防砂筛管的种类繁多,选择合适的筛管类型、确定合理的筛管参数是机械防砂工艺设计的关键。提出了针对特定区块或油井进行筛管适应性评价的试验方法和筛管性能评价方法,并给出了试验结果的数学计算方法,建立了一套油井防砂筛管适应性试验评价方法。该方法能够定量反映筛管在特定储层条件下的过流性能、挡砂性能、挡砂粒径、抗堵塞性能和综合性能,为筛管优选和参数优化设计提供了更加准确、直观的指导。实际应用表明,该方法合理可行。There are many types of sand control screen. Choosing the appropriate screen type and determining reasonable screen parameters are the key in the design of the mechanical sand con-trol. Using of experiment evaluation to guide the screen optimization and parameter optimization has become a kind of important method. The test and screen performance evaluation method, in-volving screen adaptability evaluation for a specific block or the well,were put forward in this pa-per. The mathematical calculation method for analyzing the test results was also given. A new method for test and evaluation of the adaptability of sand control screen in oil well was set up. The method can quantitatively reflect the flow performance,sand-retaining performance,grit size, anti-clogging performance and comprehensive performance of sand control screen in a specific res-ervoir conditions. It provides a more accurate and more intuitive guidance for choose and optimiza-tion design of screen. Practical application shows that the method is feasible and reasonable.
