摘　　要：现有Y管柱引接电缆保护器在油田作业时存在引接电缆无法安装的问题,且一种型号的引接电缆保护器只能对应固定的机组缩颈尺寸及引接电缆,导致其种类繁多,作业准备时间较长。通过对潜油电泵机组各部分连接角度组合的分析,优化结构,将原有电缆槽的宽度增加至53mm,使得引接电缆有15°的旋转空间,确保引接电缆的正确安装;将原有引接电缆保护器的铰接结构改为销轴-圆弧滑道结构,使3种型号的引接电缆保护器涵盖机组缩颈为56~90mm;通过在电缆槽增加可调节装置,使新型引接电缆保护器实现了对AWG4~#、AWG5~#、AWG6~#引接电缆的通用性。新型引接电缆保护器已在海上油田成功应用300多井次,取得良好效果。The existing MLE protectors for Y string have a problem that MLE sometimes can＇t be installed in oilfield operations, and each type of MLE protectors can be used for corresponding ESP neck and MLE,which will lead to a great variety and a long time preparing for operation. To make sure that the MLE can be installed rightly through analyzing connection angles of each part of ESP units and optimize its structure, the width of original cable tray will be increased to 53 mm,which makes MLE with 15° rotating space. Original hinged structure of MLE protector will be changed to pin roll- arc slide structure, and three types of MLE protectors can be suitable for 56？90 mm of unit neck. The generality of new MLE protectors for AWG4#, AWG5# , AWG6# can be realized through increasing the adjustable device in the cable tray. The new MLE protec-tors have been successfully applied for more than 300 wells in offshore oilfield with good performance.
