摘  要:采用羟基铝柱撑剂对钠基膨润土进行预改性,再分别用十二烷基三甲基溴化铵(DTAB)和十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)改性,制备复合改性钠基膨润土。采用响应曲面优化法对影响制备的主要因素进行了优化,并建立了二次多项式回归方程的预测模型,同时对模型进行了方差分析与响应曲面分析。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、红外光谱仪(FTIR)和液态氮吸附仪(BET)对样品的结构和性能进行了表征与分析。结果表明:改性剂进入到钠基膨润土层间使其层间距和比表面积均增大,二次模型的R^2为0.998 4,具有较高的拟合度。从预测模型得到制备复合改性钠基膨润土的最优条件为:CTMAB用量0.08%,反应温度65℃,反应时间4h。在此条件下,所制备的Al/CTMAB复合改性钠基膨润土对苯酚和Cu^(2+)的吸附率分别可达69.6%和77.9%,预测值与真实值的相对误差为0.41%。Sodium bentonite was pre-modified by hydroxyl-Al pillared, and then was modified using 12-alkyl trimethyl ammonium bromide and 16-alkyl trimethyl ammonium bromide, respectively. The compound modified sodium bentonite was prepared. The response surface methodology (RSM) was employed to investigate the effects of various factors on absorption rate of phenol, with the quadratic polynomial regression prediction model was established. While the variance analysis and response surface analysis of the model were made, XRD, FTIR and BET were used to characterize and analyze the structure and properties of the samples. The results showed that two modifiers got into the sodium bentonite interlamination and that the interlayer spacing and specific surface area increased. The R 2 of quadratic model was 0. 9984 with had bet ter fitness. The optimal preparation conditions were obtained as follows : 16-alkyl trimethyl ammonium bromide dosage was 0. 08 % , reaction temperature was 65 °C and reaction time was 4 h. Under the optimal conditions, the absorption rate of prepared compound modified sodium bentonite for phenol and Cu^2+ can reach 69. 6% and 77. 9 % , respectively. The predicted value of absorption rate satisfied properly with experimentation data, with the relative error found to be 0. 41%.
