摘  要:相较于传统的Boost PFC变换器,无桥Boost PFC变换器省略了开关管前的整流桥,大大提高了变换器的效率。首先主要讨论电流断续模式下无桥Boost PFC的工作原理,推导理想状态下其PF的表达式和电感的计算,探讨实际工作中电路寄生参数对电感电流畸变的影响。然后针对DCM Boost PFC仅适用于中小功率场合这一缺点,引入了交错并联技术,提升了电路的功率量级。最后分别完成了单路500 W和两路交错1 kW的变换器样机实验,实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性。The bridgeless Boost PFC converter greatly improves the efficiency by omitting the rectifier bridge, when compared with the traditional Boost PFC converter. First, this paper mainly talk about the working principle of the bridgeless Boost PFC in discontinuous current mode, deduce the expression of PF under ideal state and discuss the in-fluence of parasitic parameters on the current distortion of the inductance. Then, considering that discontinuous current mode(DCM) boost PFC is only applicable to small and medium-sized power, this paper introduces the interleaving tech-nology to enhance the power level of the circuit. Finally, one 500 W single and one 1 kW interleaved prototype converter is implemented in the laboratory. The results verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
