摘 要:机械转钩式自动抓梁设计在水利水电工程建设中极具适用性。该项工作专业性和技术性很强,设计过程复杂,对设计单位及人员要求很高。依据实际工艺背景及设计诉求,全面论述其结构形式、细部结构及脱挂钩工作原理,提出具体设计方法。同时,明确机械转钩自动抓梁优势及工艺特点,在水利工程建设中,对其进行全面推广和应用。The design of mechanical rotating-hook type automatic grab beam with strong professional and technical characteristics as well as complicated design process in the construction of water conservancy and hydropower project has certain applicability,which has very high requirements on design units and personnel. According to the actual technological background and design requirements, this paper discusses the structural form, detailed structure and working principle of the hook,and puts forward the concrete design method. At the same time,it clarifies the advantages of mechanical rotating-hook and technical characteristics,being worthy of promoting and applying in the construction of hydraulic engineering.
