中小型高校硕士教育面临的问题与对策

摘　　要：研究生教育是培养高级人才的教育层次,直接关系到国家科学技术水平。我国近年来的硕士研究生扩招导致研究生教育存在较多问题。在文中主要分析我国中小型高校研究生教育普遍存在的一些非典型问题,如研究生培养经费短缺问题、资料匮乏、科研气氛不浓厚、导师指导力度不足及学生学习动力不足等,并提出对应措施,探讨提高中小型高校研究生教育质量的措施。Postgraduate education is an educational level of cultivating senior talents,which is directly related to the level of science and technology of a country. In recent years,the enrollment expansion of postgraduates results in many problems. This paper mainly analyzes the non-typical problems of postgraduate education in small and medium-sized colleges,such as the shortage of funds for postgraduates' training,lack of data and scientific research atmosphere,inadequate guidance by tutors and learning motivation of students,etc. Based on these,it gives corresponding measures,hoping to provide some references for the improvement of the quality of postgraduate education in small and medium-sized colleges.
