典型滤筒在废气无机元素监测中的适用性研究

摘　　要：废气采样所用滤筒中无机元素的含量对监测结果有重要影响,但尚未有相关标准及规范,亦无系统研究评估。该研究筛选国内十家制造商的玻璃纤维滤筒和国外两家石英滤筒,测定空白滤筒中的铍、硼、锰、钒、铬、钴、镍、铜、锌、砷、钼、镉、锡、锑、钡、铊、铅17种元素含量,探讨不同滤筒中各元素的含量分布,采用标准分析方法的测定下限和废气污染排放标准限值对14种元素进行评价。结果表明:同一滤筒中不同元素和不同滤筒中同种元素的含量差异很大;针对HJ 657——2013《空气和废气颗粒物中铅等金属元素的测定电感耦合等离子体质谱法》的质控要求,石英滤筒中5种元素(镍、锌、锰、钼、铅)和玻璃纤维滤筒中14种元素含量不能满足;对于现有废气排放标准限值对测定方法的要求,石英滤筒中14种元素和璃纤维滤筒中8种元素(锰、钴、铜、钼、镉、锡、锑和铊等)符合要求。The inorganic element contents of the filter which used to collect emission gas sample are of major impact for monitoring results, however there are no relevant standards/specifications or systematic assessment about it. Glass fibre filters from ten domestic manufacturers and two foreign quartz filters were screened to determine the content of the elements such as Be, B,Mn, V ,Cr,Co,Ni, Cu,Zn,A s,Mo,Cd,Sn,Sb,Ba,T l ,Pb and to investigate the each element content distribution in different filters. Moreover, lower determination limit in standard methods and standard emission gas pollutant discharge value were applied to evaluate fourteen elements. Results showed that content of different elements in the same filter and the same content of same element in different filter were varied sharply, and according to HJ 657-2013 Ambient Air and Stationary Source Emission -Determination of Metals in Ambient Particulate Matter-Inductively Coupled Plasma/Mass Spectrometry袁 content of five elements（Ni, Zn, Mn, Mo and Pb） in quartz filter and content of fourteen element in glass fiber filter failed to meet quali-ty control requirements. According to the requirements of limited value specified in existing emis-sion standard to determination methods, the content of fourteen elements in quartz filter and eight elements in glass fiber filter （Mn, Co, Cu, Mo, Cd, Sn, Sb and Tl） met the require-ments.
