姜夏脐疗联合口含姜片治疗乳腺癌化疗后恶心呕吐的临床护理效果

摘　　要：[目的]观察姜夏脐疗联合口含姜片在乳腺癌病人化疗后恶心呕吐治疗中的临床效果,并探讨合适的护理手段。[方法]将乳腺癌术后用多西他赛-多柔比星-环磷酰胺(TAC)方案化疗的120例病人随机分为A组、B组和C组,每组40例,病人均给予恩丹西酮静脉注射。A组病人在恩丹西酮静脉注射基础上联合姜夏脐疗,B组病人在恩丹西酮静脉注射基础上于化疗前30min联合口含姜片治疗,C组病人在恩丹西酮静脉注射基础上同时联合姜夏脐疗和口含姜片治疗,比较3组病人在化疗药物使用72h内病人恶心和呕吐情况。同时,探讨针对这类病人的临床护理方法。[结果]C组病人开始化疗后24h、48h和72h的恶心治疗有效率均明显高于A组和B组(P<0.05);C组病人恶心持续时间明显短于A组和B组(P<0.05);A组、B组和C组病人急性呕吐(化疗后24h)治疗有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);C组病人迟发性呕吐(化疗后48h和72h)治疗有效率明显高于A组和B组(P<0.05)。[结论]姜夏脐疗联合口含姜片能够显著改善乳腺癌病人化疗后恶心和呕吐的不良反应,效果优于单独使用姜夏脐疗或口含姜片;针对性的护理措施在恶心、呕吐的治疗中具有重要作用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of ginger umbilical compress combined with oral ginger slicein the treatment of nausea and vomit in breast cancer patients after chemotherapy ？ and probe into its suitablenursing ways.Methods ： A total of 120 cases of breast cancer patients with nausea and vomit after chemotherapy （TAC） were divided into group A,group B and group C？40 cases in each group.All patients were given intrave-nous injection of ondansetron, while the patients in group A were combined with ginger juice and pinelliatuber, patients in group B were combined with oral ginger slice （10g） before the chemotherapy for 30 min,and patients in group C were combined with ginger juice and pinelliatuber and oral ginger slicompared among three groups after treatment for 72 h.The clinical nursing methods were probed into aiming these patients Results：From 24 h to 72 h,the effective rate of nausea treatment in group C were significantly higher than that in group A and B（P 〈0.05）.＂Duration of nausea in group C was significantly shorter than that in group A and B （P 〈0.05）. There were no statistically significant difference in effective rate of acute vomit treatment （after chemotherapy for 24h） among 3 groups （P〉0.05） ;The effective rate of delayed vomiting （af-ter chemotherapy for 48h and 72h） in group C were significantly higher than those in group A and B （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion ： Ginger umbilical compress combined with oral ginger slice could significantly improved the nauseaand vomit caused by chemotherapy compared with only taking ginger umbilical compress or oral ginger slice.And targeted nursing measures had an important effect in treating nausea and vomit.
