摘　　要：从单纯耳穴贴压、耳穴贴压结合中药、耳穴贴压结合针灸、耳穴贴压结合音乐疗法、耳穴贴压结合经颅磁疗等方面综述王不留行籽耳穴贴压在脑卒中后失眠中的研究进展。指出王不留行籽耳穴帖压法作为一项常用的中医护理操作技术,对脑卒中后失眠的治疗具有操作安全、使用器具简便、容易掌握、无毒副作用的独特优越性。It reviewed the research progre ss on pat ients wi th insomnia after s troke trea ted wi th vaccaria aur icu -lar acupressure f rom the simple auricular p r e s s u r e , auricular a cup res su re combin ed medicine , auricular a cup res su re combined wi th a cu p u n c tu re and m o x ib u s t io n , auricular a cup res su re combined with music therapy,auricular a cup res su re combined wi th transcranial magnet ic therapy .I t pointed out that vac -caria auricular a cupres sure as a c om m o n Chinese medicine care operat ion technology for t re a tm e n t of insomnia after stroke had the unique advantage s such as s a fe ty ,e a sy to u s e e a s y to gra sp and non - to
