摘  要:本文构建了一个包含建设用地的内生经济增长模型,运用动态优化研究了建设用地与技术进步对经济增长的拐点效应,并运用索洛余值和广义脉冲响应函数分析了经济增长各要素的贡献率及其对经济增长的冲击效应。研究表明:1990—2015年间资本和劳动对经济增长的平均贡献率分别为0.182和1.015;建设用地对经济增长的作用已经跨越了理论上的拐点值,且"资本红利"与"人口红利"需要依托建设用地扩张才能得到充分释放;技术进步对经济增长的贡献也已经跨越了理论上的拐点,且研发投入能明显减小资本与劳动对经济增长的负向冲击,我国经济增长的知识红利逐步显现;不仅如此,经济增长对其自身的冲击短期内表现出显著的滞后效应。This paper established an endogenous economic growth modelwhich considered the effect of construction land expansion. By using dynamic programming method, the author finds the inflection point effect of construction land expansion and technology progressupon economic growth. Solow residual and generalized impulse response function were applied to calculate the contribution rates of each factor and shock effects of each factors to economic growth. The results shows that : the average contribution rate of capital and labor to economic growth were 0. 182 and 1.015 from 1990 to 2015. And a further research showed that effect of construction land to economic growth had already passed the inflection point, capital dividend and labor dividends were going to work based on construction land. The contribution of technolo-gy progress had passed the theoretical reflection point too, and R&D couldapparently help decreasing the negative effect of capital and labor to economic growth. The knowledge dividend of economic growthwas gradually emerging. Whats more, the shock of economic growth upon itself has shown a significant time -lag effect in short time.
