摘　　要：党的十八大以来,党中央高度重视党的建设,各级部门和单位对坚持党的领导、加强党的建设重大意义的认识也更加深刻。成都市新都区中医医院以"抓党建、促发展"作为医院党建的核心任务,以党的建设引领业务管理,将党建与思想教育、队伍建设、学科建设、提升服务、深化医改、党风廉政等重点工作有机结合,积极探索和实践"党建+X"的医院管理新思路和新模式。Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the Party Central Committee attachs great importance to Party Building. Departments and units at all levels have deeper understanding on the leadership of the party and the party building. Xindu Hospital of TCM takes the ＂ party building promotes the development＂ as the core task of the party building. The party building, ideological education, team building, discipline construction, service promotion, deepen medical reform, honest and clean government were combined organically, while the new thinking and new model of ＂the party building ＋ X＂ were explored and practiced actively.
