摘　　要：现代医院管理制度是医药卫生体制改革的重要内容之一,而医院财务管理是改革核心中的核心。本文分析了研究型医院的特性,认为研究型医院财务部门更应注重研究经费的投入、创新性引导和转化评价管理,在自身专业领域上也需要进行创新性探索。笔者从研究型医院财务保障管理和专业研究两方面进行了探索。Modem hospital management system is one of the important contents of medical and health system re-forms, and financial management of hospitals is the core of the reform. By analyzing the characteristics of research - oriented hospitals, the article points that the financial department of research - oriented hospitals should pay more attention to the in-vestment ,innovation guidance and transformation evaluation of research grant. Moreover, its professional field also needs fur-ther innovative investigation. The article studies two aspects of the support management and professional research in the finan-cial department of the research - oriented hospitals.
