摘　　要：血液透析用水处理机的构成分为几大部分,它包括前(预)处理、反渗透主机、供水循环管路,其中前(预)处理部分过滤后的水为软水,有高品质的软水才能生产出更好的反渗水,笔者通过对前(预)处理软水水硬度升高的2个故障案例分析,通过故障现象找出原因所在,有利于保证软水的品质,证明前(预)处理在整个水处理系统中的重要性。The constitution of blood dialysis water processor includes preprocessing,reverse osmosis host and water circulation line. The preprocessing part filters water to make soft water and high quality soft water can be further processed as better reverse osmosis water. The article analyzes two fault cases of hardness increasing of soft water after filtering of prepro-cessing part and finds out the causes for the problems so as to ensure the quality of soft water and prove the importance of pre-processing part in water process system.
