摘　　要：目的了解光动力疗法对尖锐湿疣人乳头瘤病毒载量的影响。方法将80例经高频电刀治疗后至少4 w无疣体复发但HPV仍为阳性的尖锐湿疣患者随机分为两组,观察组采用光动力治疗,每周一次,治疗4 w,对照组不予任何处理,观察4 w,比较两组HPV转阴率及HPV载量下降值的差异。结果观察组与对照组HPV转阴率分别为42.5%和17.5%;两组治疗、观察4 w后,无疣体发作、HPV仍为阳性者HPV载量下降值分别(4.2±0.5)×10~3和(2.5±0.1)×10~2,差异均有显著性统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论光动力疗法可显著降低尖锐湿疣人乳头瘤病毒载量。Objective To investigate the effect of photodynamic therapy （PDT） on the viral load of human papilloma vims （HPV） in condyloma acuminatum （CA）. Methods 80 patients with high frequency electric knife for at least 4 weeks after treatment without wart recurrence but HPV still condyloma acuminatum were randomly divided into two groups, experi-mental group was treated with photodynamic therapy, once a week, 4 weeks of treatment, the control group received no treat-ment, observation of 4 weeks, compare the differences of the negative rate of HPV and HPV load decreased value between the two groups. Results The HPV negative rates of the experiment group and the control group were 42. 5% and 17.5% ; Two groups, after 4 weeks of treatment and observation without wart attack, HPV is still positive, HPV load decreased （4. 2 ±0. 5） × 10^3 and （2. 5 ±0. 1） × 10^2,respectively,and the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion Photodynamic therapy can significantly reduce the viral load of human papilloma vims in condyloma acuminatum.
