评估工作在动态评价北京地区建设工程安全质量状况方面的实践探索

摘　　要：为进一步规范和加强北京市建设工程安全质量监管工作,北京市建设工程安全质量监督总站开展了安全质量状况评估工作,初步实现了对北京市建设工程安全质量状况的动态评价和全局掌控,实现了对建设工程的差别化监管以及建筑市场与施工现场的联动,有效促进了企业作为主体的责任落实,对于北京市建立工程建设领域信用档案、推进信息化手段在工程建设领域的应用以及创新安全质量监管模式都具有重要的实践意义。Beijing Construction Safety and Quality Supervision Head regulate and strengthen Construction Safety and Quality Supervision Station carried out evaluation work to of Beijing, and initially achieved the following effects： dynamic evaluation and overall control of Beijing construction, differentiated supervision of Beijing construction, effectively linkage of construction market and construction site. Evaluation work effectively promoted the implementation of enterprises＇responsibility. It was of great practical significance for Beijing to establish the credit file and promote the application of information technology in the field of construction, and innovation safety and quality supervision mode.
